Einfuhr und Zölle
Für Bestellungen, die nach außerhalb der der EU verschickt werden, können vom Bestimmungsland Importabgaben und/oder Zölle erhoben werden. Diese richten sich nach den Einfuhrbestimmungen des Bestimmungslandes und gehen zulasten des Empfängers. Nähere Informationen erfragen Sie bitte bei Ihrem zuständigen Zollamt.
Lieferzeiten
Wir verschicken die Ware von Montag bis Freitag von 9:00 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr, Feiertage sind ausgenommen. Üblicherweise werden Bestellungen, die vor 15:00 eingehen, noch am selben Tag verschickt, spätestens aber am nächsten Werktag. Innerhalb von München liefern wir Same Day.
Je nach Versandart (Standard oder Express) und Bestimmungsland kann die Lieferzeit variieren. Üblich sind bis zu 4 Tage.
Kostenfreier Versand
Kostenfreie Standard-Lieferung bieten wir in Deutschland ab einem Bestellwert von 350,00 € an.
Versicherter Versand
Lieferungen, die von uns beauftragt werden, sind gegen Diebstahl und Unfallschäden versichert. Die Versicherung erlischt, sobald die Lieferung in Empfang genommen wird.
Teillieferungen
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Bestellung in Teillieferungen zu verschicken. Die Versandkosten werden in diesem Fall nur einmal berechnet.
Verpasste Zustellung
Der von uns beauftragte Zusteller wird, wenn er niemanden antrifft, am nächsten Werktag einen zweiten Zustellversuch und in Ausnahmefällen einen dritten Zustellversuch unternehmen. Ggf. wird die Sendung für ein paar Tage zur Abholung durch Sie beim Zusteller hinterlegt. Davon werden Sie benachrichtigt.
Ist eine Lieferung bzw. Übergabe der Ware an Sie aus Gründen nicht möglich, die Sie zu vertreten haben (etwa weil Sie unter der von ihm angegebenen Lieferadresse zu üblichen Zustellzeiten zweimal nicht persönlich angetroffen werden oder weil Sie die Ware trotz Benachrichtigung nicht beim Zusteller abholen), haben Sie die entstehenden Mehrkosten, insbesondere die Kosten der Rücklieferung der Ware an Mohrmann, zu tragen.

Import & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by the destination country. These are based on the import regulations of the country of destination and are at the expense of the recipient. For more information, ask your local customs office.
Delivery times
We process and send orders during our main service hours, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays.
Orders received before 13 pm usually ship the same day, but no later than the next business day. Within Munich we offer Same Day Delivery at €15.00.
Depending on the shipping method (standard or express) and the country of destination, the delivery time may vary. Up to 4 business days are usual within Europe.
Free shipping
We offer free standard delivery in Germany from an order value of €350.00.
Shipping insurance
All shipments sent by us are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received. We reserve the right to send partial deliveries if necessary. The shipping costs are only calculated once.
Partial deliveries
We reserve the right to send the order in partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs will only be charged once.
Tracking & missed delivery
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
If no one is available at delivery, the agent we will make a second delivery attempt the next business day and, in some cases, a third attempt. The shipment might be deposited with the carrier at their local pickup location for a few days for collection by you. You will be notified of this.
If delivery fails for reasons, you are held responsible for (e.g., because you cannot be found in person at your delivery address twice at normal delivery times or because you do not pick up the goods from the deliverer despite notification), you must bear the additional costs, in particular the costs of the shipment back to Mohrmann.
If an order is refused at delivery, you will not be refunded shipping costs. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
