 DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Deliveries are handled by UPS. All shipments that are sent by www.nimowithlove.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 5:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that all deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties and / or taxes. The maximum limit for duty-free shipments is set by the customs authorities of each country. Further information can be found on the website of your competent customs authority. Please be advised that Nimo with Love is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments.

TRACK YOUR STATUS

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

BILLING / RETURN PAYMENT

A party is entitled to a setoff if its counterclaims have been established as legally executable, or the other party recognizes them as undisputed or acknowledges them in writing. Additionally, the party is only entitled to exercise a right of retention to the extent that its counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship purchase.

DEFECT CLAIMS

If there is a defect in the purchased item, the statutory provisions apply.

If a subsequent cure of the defect is made by means of replacement delivery, the Customer is obliged to immediately return the delivered goods to www.nimowithlove.com at the expense of www.nimowithlove.com and before delivery of the replacement goods. The defective goods must be returned in accordance with the provisions of sect. 439, para. 4, and sects. 346 to 348 German Civil Code (BGB).


APPLICABLE LAW / VALIDITY

German law applies to this relationship, excluding the application of UN sales law. If one or more conditions are or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Statutory warranty law applies.

One-time label

All goods ordered are delivered with single use, one-time labels affixed to them. When you try on the ordered goods, be certain not to remove or damage the single-use label. We point out explicitly that we are not obliged to take back any product when the one-time label has been removed or damaged.

To complete your order, click on SHOPPING BAG and continue to CHECKOUT. In just a few steps (address inquiry, payment request and overview) your order is completed.

How can I pay?

Credit Card

Credit card payments with Master Card, Visa and American Express are possible. Enter your credit card details on the SSL-encrypted payment page of our payment provider stripe. www.nimowithlove.com has a state-of-the-art security server software with SSL encryption that protects your credit card data from being intercepted and tampered with during transmission. A credit card payment is also possible by phone.

Mohrmann GmbH is responsible for the transactions via www.nimowithlove.com.

For all payments by credit card: Credit notes from returns are always returned to the credit card used for the purchase.

Additional information about payments by Visa or Mastercard

The system checks if the credit card is participating in the 3-D security programs. These are security procedures developed specifically for these types of cards, which verify that, in fact, the rightful cardholder and the legitimate online merchant participate in a transaction. If a credit card holder is logged on using one of the registration methods using the 3-D Secure method, after entering the card data, an additional query form opens, which is connected to your bank and additionally enters the "Secure Code" (a password you have selected ) Only with the correct password will the transaction be carried out. Additional information about payments with American Express

The system checks whether the delivery address specified in the order is the same as the address stored as a billing address at American Express (Amex address verification system, "AVS" for short). If the address does not match, you will be asked in a separate email to have the alternate delivery address deposited with American Express. Your delivery will be sent only after successful authentication.

With PayPal

In the order step, choose payment method PayPal. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Returns received will always be returned to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY

How can you return your order?

Within a period of 14 days after delivery, you can return all items (even reduced) for free. The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed and flawless items. Labels must be intact and not removed. The items must be returned in a single shipment to www.nimowithlove.com. We reserve the right to reject multiple returns at different times from the same order.

The goods must be returned with UPS using the UPS bill of lading provided in the package.

Be sure to include your exact pickup address. You have the option to schedule the pickup with UPS. We are not responsible for any damage or lost packages if they were not shipped with UPS. Similarly, www.nimowithlove.com will not cover shipping costs if another courier service has been used instead of UPS.

Please note that between the receipt of your return and the refund of the purchase price it may take 10 to 14 days. After we have received your return, we will inform you by email about the credit return. The time of the refund depends on the credit card. However, it usually occurs within two credit card statements.

If the recipient of the item specified in the order does not agree with the buyer of the goods, the deducted amount will always be refunded to the buyer and card / account holder.

SCOPE

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all legal relationships between www.nicolemohrmann.com and Customers ("Customer" or "Purchaser"), who may be deemed either consumers as meant by § 13 BGB ("consumer") or entrepreneurs (merchants) as meant by § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) ("Entrepreneur"). All Customers must be of age.

The Customer expresses its understanding that this GTC applies by clicking on "I accept your Terms and Conditions" and sending the completed order form as part of the order process. Any terms and conditions of the Customer do not apply, unless www.nimowithlove.com has agreed to their validity in writing.

FORMATION OF CONTRACT

The Customer’s ordering of a product constitutes a binding offer from the customer. A binding offer is made by virtue of completing and sending the order form provided on our website.
A purchase contract between the purchaser and www.nimowithlove.com comes about only by virtue of a written delivery confirmation from www.nimowithlove.com or the actual delivery of the ordered goods to the purchaser. www.nicolemohrmann.com may reject a purchaser’s offer without providing a reason. The prices quoted on the website are in Euro and include statutory VAT, yet do not include shipping costs.
